Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy born in June 1962 was an American actor from the United States. Following her debut movie in 1983, Bad Boys, Sheedy became part of the Brat group with actors. She starred in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985), Short Circuit (1986) as well as WarGames. Sheedy received with the Independent Spirit Award as Best Female Lead for her role in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American writer and actor for over 20 years. She started her career in acting in the film Bad Boys at the beginning of the 1980s. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Following her first film She was in 1985's comedy and drama The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of the most memorable films made for high school students. Despite the budget of one million dollars, the film's revenues exceeded $50 million. As she worked on the show, her debut on television was made with CBS Schoolbreak. It was a show for teenagers that started airing in April of 1980. Also, she appeared on various television shows like Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid and Hill Street Blues. Recent appearances of Sheedy includes Little Sister as well as X-Men Apocalypse, a movie featuring a hero in which she is a character. Sheedy has received numerous awards for her stellar performances among them an award from the MTV Movie Award Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
