David Muir is an American journalist and anchor best known for his ABC newscast World News Tonight with David Muir and for the ABC News magazine 20/20 for which he is anchorman and co-anchor. One of the most watched news programs on the air in America can be described as his spectacular series, which features celebrity gossips, animated gestures and video clips. Made In America is his Emmy award-winning program. Before joining ABC World News Tonight, it was his primary replacement for the show's founder Diane Sawyer. His reports on primetime on ABC News include Breaking Point: Heroin in America, Flashpoint Refugees in America. He's traveled all over the world, providing news coverage in Gaza Egypt Iran Somalia Japan Peru Ukraine Haiti & the Gulf of Mexico. He was the winner of multiple Emmy Awards, Edward R.
