Alexandra Cooper was born on August 21, 1994, in Newtown, Pennsylvania, to Bryan and Laurie Cooper. Her father played hockey at the University of Wisconsin. Boston University noticed Cooper's athleticism. They offered a sports scholarships. Cooper took the offer and played for Boston University's Division-1 women's squad during her four-year degree. Cooper was a senior in Boston University's Division-1 women's team. Cooper served as cocaptain. Cooper was a leader in four M.C.T. In her four seasons, she took home Prep A and was awarded the honor of the All-Prep First Team. In both his sophomore and a senior, Cooper earned All-Prep Team and First Team and All-Area Team first Team honours. Cooper was not just proficient at athletics.
